Feel Your Best with Naturopathy
Feeling stuck with your health?
We offer flexible in-person and online Naturopathy consults, combining natural and evidence-based care to help you feel your best again.
What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness rather than just treating or suppressing symptoms. It acknowledges that the body functions as one whole interconnected and intelligent system – where one part is affected this can have downstream effects on the rest of the body.
Using evidence-based natural therapies such as Australia’s best high quality herbal and nutritional medicines, along with personalised dietary and lifestyle plans, our naturopath supports your body’s innate healing ability and helps you understand your body’s healing processes. Our naturopath also utilises comprehensive blood tests and functional testing (such as gut microbiome analysis, saliva or urine hormone testing and hair tissue mineral analysis) to gain deeper clarity on the root causes of various illnesses, which are invaluable in creating more effective and personalised treatment plans to suit your needs.
About Our Naturopath

Jasmine is a Clinical Naturopath based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, where she loves to stay active with weight training, dancing, hiking and beach swims.
Her path began with her own health struggles – cystic acne, PMS, chronic anxiety, and years of unexplained digestive issues, causing burnout and fatigue. After feeling dismissed by quick fixes and vague diagnostic labels, she found answers through functional testing and integrative naturopathic care, providing her lasting relief and balance.
Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Naturopathy from Endeavour College of Natural Health and a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Technology Sydney, with additional training in Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle practices. Before becoming a Naturopath, she spent over five years working in Microbiology and Genetics laboratories, which created a great foundation for her Naturopathy studies, imbedding a science-backed and evidence-informed approach to her practice with natural medicines.
Philosophy
Jasmine’s philosophy is simple: keep treatments targeted, evidence-based, and achievable within your daily life. She believes in testing rather than guessing – investigating not just what is wrong, but why, so that root causes are addressed and issues are less likely to return.
She also believes in the power of collaboration. At Restore Health Clinic, Jasmine works alongside our Chiropractors to offer a genuinely whole-body approach. Sometimes the root cause of pain, muscle aches, or headaches isn’t structural – it could be systemic inflammation, gut dysfunction, or a hormonal imbalance. Equally, herbal medicine and nutrition alone won’t resolve a chronic injury or joint complaint. That’s exactly where Naturopathy and Chiropractic care complement each other – and where our clients benefit most.

How our Naturopathy Consults Work
Initial consultation (In-person or Telehealth):
A 75 min deep dive, holistic focused initial consultation where your health priorities are heard and assessed, along with your diet, lifestyle and past medical history to get a full picture of what may be contributing to your presenting complaints. This consultation includes a holistic treatment plan sent within 24-48hrs with dietary and lifestyle advice, bespoke herbal and/or nutraceutical prescription (optional) and referrals for investigations to suit your needs.
Follow-up consultations (In-person or Telehealth):
Comprehensive 45 minute follow up consultation re-assessing presenting complaints and relevant symptoms, reviewing and interpreting any test results and adjusting herbal/nutritional prescriptions, dietary and lifestyle interventions based on previous consult and your evolving health goals.
Acute care consultations (Telehealth Only):
20-25 minute assessment and natural medicine prescription for acute conditions only (lasting no more than 4 weeks) – examples include coughs, colds and flus, hayfever, acute insomnia and stress support, gastroenteritis recovery and gut support for travel (preventative care). Prescription products (such as herbal liquids or nutraceuticals) are provided via Vital.ly which has quick delivery, or can be purchased at local health food stores with the script we provide.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens in the first consultation?
Your initial consultation runs for 75 minutes and takes place via Telehealth, so you can join from the comfort of your own home. Jasmine will take the time to genuinely get to know you – covering your presenting concerns, health history, diet, lifestyle, and environment in thorough detail. This isn’t a rushed appointment; it’s a space where you can share your full story.
By the end of the session, Jasmine will walk you through some preliminary directions for your care. She then takes additional time after your appointment to formulate a considered, personalised prescription and treatment plan, which is delivered to you via email within 48 hours.
Your plan arrives as a clear, easy-to-follow PDF and may include herbal medicine (tablets or liquid tinctures), nutritional supplements (tablets, capsules, or powders), or topical preparations where relevant. Any supplements or natural medicines are prescribed through trusted online dispensaries including Vital.ly and The Natural Chemist – and your plan will include full instructions on how to take everything, along with dietary and lifestyle recommendations tailored to you.
How much does each session cost?

• Follow-up consultation: $90 (telehealth) or $120 (In-person) (45 mins)

Do I need to have blood tests?
No – you don’t need any existing tests to book your initial consultation. Depending on what you’re experiencing, Jasmine may recommend specific testing after your first appointment, whether that’s through your GP or an external functional testing provider, to help investigate root causes more precisely.
That said, if you’ve had any relevant blood, urine, stool, or other test results in the past three months, it’s well worth bringing them along. Having recent results on hand can save you time and money, and gives Jasmine a stronger foundation to work from right away.
Can I claim this on health insurance?
Naturopathy has recently been reinstated as an approved health service under a small number of Australian private health funds, which means eligible members can claim a rebate on consultations. Currently, the following funds accept Naturopathy claims:
- CBHS
The following funds under the Australian Regional Health Group are also eligible:
- ACA Health Benefits Fund
- MDHF (Mildura District Hospital Fund)
- Health Partners (HP)
- Teachers Health Fund (THF)
- Teachers Union Health
- Transport Health
- Nurses & Midwives Health
We recommend checking directly with your fund to confirm your level of cover, as extras inclusions can vary between policies.
Do you prescribe supplements?
Yes – supplements are a common part of Naturopathic care, though they’re not always essential. Jasmine prescribes them when there is clear therapeutic benefit and when dietary changes alone aren’t sufficient to meet your needs.
Supplements typically contain nutritional ingredients – such as magnesium, zinc, iron, vitamin D, or specific fibres – at therapeutic doses. Some formulas combine herbal and nutritional ingredients, which can simplify your protocol and reduce the number of products you’re taking.
Everything prescribed is tailored to you. Before recommending anything, Jasmine checks for potential interactions with any medications you’re taking and considers allergy risk and suitability for your individual situation. All supplements and natural medicines are optional and come at an additional cost to your consultation – you’ll never be prescribed something without a clear reason and your full understanding.
Is Naturopathy suitable if I’m already seeing a GP/specialist?
Absolutely – and in many cases, working with a Naturopath alongside your existing care can be one of the most valuable things you do for your health. Naturopathy is designed to complement, not compete with, conventional medicine. Jasmine works collaboratively and always within the scope of her practice, keeping your broader healthcare team in mind.
Where Naturopathy adds particular value is in the areas that often fall outside a standard GP appointment – things like gut health, sleep, stress, hormonal balance, and nutrition. These are areas where lifestyle and dietary support can make a meaningful difference to how you feel day-to-day, even while managing a diagnosed condition or taking prescribed medication.
Jasmine takes a thorough case history at your first appointment, including any current medications and supplements, to ensure everything she recommends is safe, appropriate, and supportive of your overall care. If anything requires further investigation or referral, she won’t hesitate to communicate that clearly.
If you’re unsure whether Naturopathy is right for your specific situation, you’re welcome to reach out before booking – Jasmine is happy to have a brief phone conversation to help you decide.

“It’s been sooo helpful having sessions with you over the last few months! My gut health has been really good consistently, which is what I came to see you for, but I’ve also seen other great improvements too. My PMS has improved so much with the herbs I’ve been taking…”

She is a deep listener who takes the time to understand your needs and combines her knowledge with further research to support your mind and body.
